I used to be a loyal client but I am not anymore. The photo below is what I left with after asking for a root touch up. It is obviously way darker than my the rest of my hair, and Nara almost refused to give me a refund for this work, even after sending photos of the obvious demarcation. This has happened with Nara multiple times but I kept going back to see her, I don’t know why, honestly, and I kept continuing to pay for the service even though most of the time she basically ruined my hair color. I’ve been a client of Narra’s for 20 years. I trusted her with my hair for color, cuts and my wedding. She’s now cuts my entire families hair. I’ve experimented with all kinds of color from dark hair to blond and all shades of red you can think of with Narra. Her work lasts, looks beautiful and holds up. I've been going to her for over 25 years she's one of the best color , cut hair dressers you'll find. I have sent so many friends and strangers to her because I trust her art and expertise in her personal opinion when it comes to my hair. NARRA IS THE BEST 👌 !
