Honestly better off driving to a major hospital. Staff had no skills what so ever and must of got their degrees in a cornflakes box. I now have a massive bruise covering my whole arm because some duck lips mofo couldn’t get blood, legally you’re only allowed 2 attempts and he then asked me if he could try for a third time and I refused as it’s ILLEGAL to have more than 2 attempts, with my background knowledge as a pathology collector I could see nothing but faults with the procedure
