Holy smokes, what a life saver! 1000km into an unexpected trip my brake pedal hit the floor on a car I'd owned 2 weeks with 3 hours left till reaching our destination. After a ring-around and getting "can't help today" I got Steve who immediately said "bring it over". After getting it to him he instantly diagnosed the brakes had never been done up, so a miracle it happened where it did.
