The worst mozzarella ever. I purchased a package of cheese from Tom's market it was terrible. First of all it was so dry it crumbles like feta cheese.it tasted like burnt plastic it was awful it didn't even melt like mozzarella it acted like feta it just stayed there and browned like feta never again will I purchase this product
I got the fresh and smoked mozzarella at a farmers market and it was so good. Highly recommended!! I want to try all their cheeses.
