the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with- 2 1/2 hour hail storm; they sent over an "engineer" from their team that applied "Bartenders" Cream" to window and door trims, said it all looked better and left. They actually ruined them and made them look worse! I sent them "AFTER" photos, and they said since the engineer said they fixed everything, they are standing by the engineer's word. We had mold and water damage at our condo. Narragansett Bay Insurance sent Mladen Mitigation Services to secure, clean, and stabilize the affected areas. Mladen did an amazing job! His hard work ethic and and customer friendly personality really shined! The whole claim process was handled in a quick and professional manor! Christian and Todd provided excellent mitigation service. After the claim was submitted they arrived in a timely manner.The damage was thoroughly assessed with the proper placement of drying equipment. Subsequent visits meter measurement and adjustment of equipment provided reassurance to us of enhanced drying capacity. Their overall communication and personal concern for we the full time residents and owners was impressive throughout the process.
Our inspectors were very helpful and thorough in explaining the process through our slab leak situation. They were very clean and organized in removal of drywall and the affected flooring.
I have been insured with Narragansett Bay insurance company over 20 years, and have paid about $80,000 in premiums. The first time I file a claim, they canceled my insurance. Do not use this company!
