Poor communication with my home insurance. Would call an agent to discuss any discrepancies in my coverage and wouldn’t get a call back of have a follow up. Got a random notice of cancellation of my insurance in the mail unprompted.I decided to go with another company for insurance. Days after getting a new homeowner insurance I received multiple emails/texts/calls about why I am changing my insurance…. Not well constructed team in the home insurance department
Was a client of theirs for three years and had them cancel us right off the bat and then again this year without any warning. I've since switched and saved close to 50% on our premiums.
RUN. They supposedly sent 3 different checks out to send me a refund and they never came. Its been 5 months and they haven't given me back 1500 dollars . My next call is to a lawyer.
We sold our house and sent in documents for a pro rated refund. It has been over 3 months and we have still not received our pro-rated refund. With something so simple and non-contentious not being addressed, it makes one concerned what would happen if we had a claim.
Do not do business with these folks, they are scammers. How it works: -They will provide a low cost plan -They will "inspect" your house and say everything is fine -They will come back in about 6-8 months and conduct a random inspection without telling you or sending you any pictures or proof a couple months prior to renewal -They will tell you to pay to fix roof damage or anything else yourself and send them proof or they will non-renew you -They walk away with your money and do it to some other sucker Predatory at best.
