Do not do business with this company or their Florida based parent company (Heritage Insurance). They use unlawful delay tactics to deny a claim, terrible communication, refusal to respond to written inquiries and threaten non-renewal of a policy for "unrelated damages" identified after a claim was filed. The worst insurance company!! I had homeowners policy with them for 12 years and never had a claim. I reported a small claim when a tree fell down on my property, only $700 in damage & they dropped me as a policy holder. Thanks for taking my money for 12 years, you should not be running a company. UNACCEPTABLE!!
I had a leak in my basement which was so upsetting and heartbreaking to see my stuff destroyed. Edgar Amaya and his partner Anderson came into my home with complete professionalism and took care of the situation. They treated me with respect for not only me for my stuff they cleans and removes all of the damage. They arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and Edgar had kept me updated throughout the process. The crew was professional, respectful of my property, and made a very stressful situation much easier to handle.
