After increasing my Homeowners insurance by $1400 this year I found a different policy for half the amount and then I asked them for a refund and they are making me wait over 14 days. I have been calling them waiting for the refund check they are horrible.
We all dislike putting in claims to our homeowners insurance because your premiums increase but when the unexpected happens you have to. In regards to having to put in a claim for water damage, Narragansett bay insurance was beyond responsive. Their employee Anderson was on top of drying out my home and was consistently in touch with weekly checks of moisture readings. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and always provided me with the information for the next step. I thank you for such great care.
Increased my home insurance from $2800 to $4500, without any communication, email or letter .
Chris and his associate were very respectful to not add any more damage. Chris was polite and answered any questions I had. Was a pleasure to deal with.
Absolutely horrible people. I can't even get in touch with a supervisor. Wanted to edit this. I'm still out if my house for 90 days with hardly any response from NBIC. THIS IS A WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
