Was looking to book in for a wheel alignment, old love over the phone was deadset the worst person I’ve ever had to talk to. No idea what the service is actually like but after speaking to her I will never be ringing up again. Could not even be the slightest bit polite or even care for what I needed. Cheers
The team went that extra mile, bent over backwards etc to procure parts and fixed the ute in our abscence at the place where we had to leave it after towing. The price was fair and reasonable and it's going great again. :)
I would like to highly recommend Joan and the entire team at Narrabri Clutch and Brake. I was travelling to Narrabri from Townsville, QLD, when about 50kms outside of Narrabri I suffered a broken brake line. After getting the car into Narrabri in the afternoon Joan and the team assessed the job and urgently managed to source a part to come in overnight freight, they then worked hard and added in my emergency repairs on top of all their other work so I was able to get back on the road and make the trip home safely on time. I had a roadside clutch failure and pulled in for urgent assistance. There were 20 local cars needing work ahead of me but the owner came out, had a look, spent 10 min fixing the problem and got me on my way with some awesome friendly advice.
