前台莎拉超热情，员工都很友善，特别是游戏室那位英国女士。房间干净，楼下美食，海滩超近，公交也方便，下次带家人来！

I’m staying here for 4 nights and so far it’s been very pleasant. Bed is comfy, rooms are clean and the views are lovely. Staff have been super accomodating and friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

We were very disappointed with our stay at Nightelier Narrabeen, especially considering we paid $218 per night. When we arrived, the TV didn’t work properly (Netflix was unavailable), the bit above the wardrobe was broken and rattled throughout the night, and there was period blood on the toilet seat. When we reported these issues on the first evening, we were told the TV likely wouldn’t be fixed until the second day of our two-night stay. Fabulous hotel on the northern beaches. Have stayed here a number of times. Highly recommend. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Staff are welcoming and accommodating. Sea view rooms are absolutely worth it.
