Tolles grosses Zimmer mit Meersicht. Leider konnten wir den Balkon wegen des starken Regens nicht nutzen, hätten wir gerne gemacht. Personal war auch sehr freundlich.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and have always been blown away by their customer service each time. The team go above and beyond and the rooms are greatly looked after. I’ve stayed across Ocean and Studio and find they are all spacious and have their own benefits. I’m looking forward to my next stay here - thank you.

We stayed 2 nights, the reception we received was so friendly from the friendly receptionists too the hotel staff amazing..I would definitely stay again and pass on my recommendations

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family for one night and, while the facilities themselves were lovely, I was very disappointed with the quality of service we received from Andrew, who appeared to be handling administrative check-ins, and hotel guests. From the outset, his manner was unwelcoming and unnecessarily curt, over the phone and in person. Definitely not kid friendly, terrible management. Sent number of emails with no reply. Cancelled my reservation with no explanation. Disappointing because the rooms are nice and are in a great location, the receptionist on the front desk was lovely but the way management treat their guests is unacceptable, no loyalty to valued, paying guests, very disappointing experience. Foods not even that great, don’t waste your money, stay else where.
