I had an appointment booked for my little daughter with Dr Elicia Rodas at 1pm on the 30th of April. We love Elicia, she is a great doctor, however, as she is popular it is hard to get an appointment with her. I was lucky to prebook this appointment. Henry Shepherd has been our family gp for a number of year now. I can highly recommend nothing is an issue, he takes his time, asks questions and always has a genuine plan to move forward. If your looking for a local dr Henry would be your best choice.
My experience with a male Dr there Was extremely poor requested some blood tests and was basically chastized I’m 67 years old and found this attitude extremely poor!! He then tried to upsell me Vaxines!!! I am actually appalled by this behaviour !!!
My experience at this medical centre was extremely disappointing, and I can say that it was one of the worst experiences. I brought my 2yo child in, and instead of being directed to the appropriate waiting area, reception sent us to a garage space. This is not the level of care or professionalism any parent should encounter. I won’t be returning, and I hope the centre seriously reviews its procedures.
