Henry Shepherd has been our family gp for a number of year now. I can highly recommend nothing is an issue, he takes his time, asks questions and always has a genuine plan to move forward. If your looking for a local dr Henry would be your best choice.
My experience with a male Dr there Was extremely poor requested some blood tests and was basically chastized I’m 67 years old and found this attitude extremely poor!! He then tried to upsell me Vaxines!!! I am actually appalled by this behaviour !!!
My experience at this medical centre was extremely disappointing, and I can say that it was one of the worst experiences. I brought my 2yo child in, and instead of being directed to the appropriate waiting area, reception sent us to a garage space. This is not the level of care or professionalism any parent should encounter. I won’t be returning, and I hope the centre seriously reviews its procedures.
PATHOLOGY....I am an Australian Decorated Veteran and have served my country overseas many times. The Lady In Pathology was rude, short tempered and quite frankly I had the worst experience of my LIFE..I walked out b4 even being treated..That Lady is Un-Australian...This was my first experience in this establishment..I WILL NEVER GO BACK..Everyone be careful..
