I was referred to Dr. Narra by my endocrinologist because I was diagnosed with hyperparathyroidism. I met with Dr Narra to discuss parathyroid surgery and immediately felt comfortable with him. I believed that he would be a very competent surgeon based on his credentials and based on our discussions. Dr Narra performed the surgery 3 weeks ago and 10 days ago I saw him to have the stitches out. The day surgery was seamless and my recovery has been amazing. Dr. Narra is very personable, has great bedside manner and works with you on concerns and or questions you may have. He does not try to rush you out of the room and takes his time talking to you.
I went to my primary care over a month ago because I had a painful bump on my neck. My PCP said although it typically will be benign I should get it removed and would have call to a general surgeon. My PCP office gave me a list of 2 pages worth of general surgeons to choose from and I called about 4 and left messages.
