Shoddy workmanship. I got an independant report from a local company who confirmed Naros installed my Air Conditioner with a bad connection to waste pipe and water leaked in the wall cavity causing hundreds of dollars of water damage to carpet that they refused outright to compensate me for. Don't use them!
When they left my property I was left with $250 worth of damages to the plaster walls behind and beside the air conditioner that they refused to repair! Much of the damage was hidden by the unit and was not visible until the unit was removed for repair. They had not admitted to this 'cover up' when on site! I like others would give them negative stars if I could.
Been using Naros for about seven or eight years now. Great service, prompt and reliable I would not consider anyone for our business
Horrible service. From interaction with the admin woman to the quality of the job. Wouldn't even consider rectifying the work, just ignored me. Had to get another business to fix their defective work so I ended up paying for two lots of work. Would give negative stars if I could.
