Absolutely horrific experience from reception to Dr Rishi, no compassion, care or bedside manner. Didn’t even read the reports or results before the phone consult for accurate recommendation. I shouldn’t have been surprised reading the past review responses. - Do Better!
If I could leave a zero star review I would. I saw Dr Felix Rodriguez. I booked the appointment with the view of getting test results. Instead, the doctor had his back turned to me the whole time while he copied and pasted my information from my record into a word document. He asked no questions and when I attempted to correct some of the information he was putting down, he told me to leave him alone to do his job. Dismissed physical symptoms as anxiety I saw Dr. Bagari for severe, persistent upper abdominal and throat pain after scopes and a course of antibiotics. Despite daily pain and inability to eat normal portions, I was told it was “gut anxiety” and prescribed an anti-depressant. I later went to hospital and was diagnosed with gastritis requiring higher-dose treatment. I felt dismissed and unheard. When I questioned his diagnosis he shut me down.
