The incompetence is astounding and systemic. If you can, avoid here and the Bega centre. Following the instructions on their website I booked in for a specific procedure they advertise, that my GP had referred. Booked in at Bega centre, but the uncertainty in the receptionists voice prompted me to call the day before to confirm. Bega doesn't offer that procedure at all. Managed to get a appt with Dr kanwal on a Saturday (same day appt.) For a knee injury I found the doctor's advice and treatment plan clear and helpful. I was also seen quite promptly.
Horrific experience. Multiple serious conditions were misdiagnosed, with cancer only being detected after seeking a second opinion elsewhere by then, it was far too late. It is also extremely concerning with the over prescribing of opioid medications and the ongoing management of them. Based on my experience, if you see this doctor I would strongly recommend seeking a second opinion and would not recommend this clinic.
Absolutely horrific experience from reception to Dr Rishi, no compassion, care or bedside manner. Didn’t even read the reports or results before the phone consult for accurate recommendation. I shouldn’t have been surprised reading the past review responses. - Do Better!
