What a great experience. Have shucked before but the owner refreshed me on how to do it. Just walking down and across the bridge from the caravan park. Purchase a couple of doz at a time and just open half a doz before the meal lunch and dinner. Sooo fresh. We were explained the difference between Syd rock and Coffin bay oysters and full detail in the growing and harvesting process. I told him he should be doing tour groups as it is all so interesting.
