Terrible office! My husband was waiting for 4 hours!!! The front desk was not giving any explanation only they kept saying just continue to wait. So my husband left the office after 4 hours of waiting. They called him in 20 minutes that the doctor was waiting for him, and he left. Now the Doctor is waiting! When we were complaining that he waited 4 hours, they were so rude they did not even say sort or any explanation, they only hung up!
I was at neurologist Dzafarova Narmina. I ask them to send me my diagnosis to my mail, which they don't do and thus my rights as a patient are violated. The doctor was very careless. In the office everything is untidy. I hope, you will send my diagnosis to my mail.its my right.
The worst office in Brooklyn. Second time I was waiting for three hours and didn't see the doctor.
