My husband has been a patient for several years. Dr Movva is treating his diabetes well but her office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Never ever do you get return phone calls. Forms for payment assistance programs have taken over 2 months to get faxed and they still haven't sent them correctly. Thoroughly discussed with them and something needs to happen. Customer service should be the heart of your practice and if it can't be done right changes need to be made.
I've been a patient of doctor nova for over two years yes they never answer the phone or return the phone calls in the answer machine they say if you need a refill have the pharmacy send the request and it will be filed in 48hrs now it’s been over 3weeks no refill yet or phone call I’ve in the emergency room ones and still nothing from doctor Movva I had to get insulin from Canada so I can stay a life
First visit after waiting months and no way to contact due to no answer or return phone call when the answering machine does pickup. , I got here early for registration, unnecessary because I had already registered. Waiting over a half hour so far. Now in a stuffy, hot airless exam room still waiting. Thanks to wellsense insurance, I have no choice.
While the doctor has a pleasant demeanor the overall experience with this clinician and office was disappointing. You can never call and speak directly to the office you end up with an answering service no matter the time of day. My experience as a patient made it feel like I was just another set of numbers & name on a chart.
