The Worst clinic in the United States, Do Not get treated by this Doctor. Dr.Movva is the rudest doctor and has no clue about her practice. The clinic is outdated and terrible service. As someone who’s mother is Type 1 diabetic and relies heavily on her insulin and monitoring of her glucose levels. She felt unheard , bullied and never understood any of the diagnosis or test results from her blood work. Stay away, you’ll have a better chance going anywhere else

Hi. Very confusing messages and phone calls between secretary and Dr.Movva. Makes me feel uncomfortable even going back there for my next appointment when my insurance won’t take my medication I’ve been taking for almost a year. I understand I had to cancel appointment but they never followed up. I would also give it a 1 because I feel silly for questions asked in previous appointments. I left this appointment feeling disappointed. While the doctor may be knowledgeable, their bedside manner was lacking. I didn’t feel heard or that my concerns were taken seriously. Instead of listening to my symptoms and questions, I felt rushed through the visit and dismissed. As a patient, it’s important to feel respected and involved in your own care, especially when dealing with health concerns that can be stressful. My husband has been a patient for several years. Dr Movva is treating his diabetes well but her office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Never ever do you get return phone calls. Forms for payment assistance programs have taken over 2 months to get faxed and they still haven't sent them correctly. Thoroughly discussed with them and something needs to happen. Customer service should be the heart of your practice and if it can't be done right changes need to be made.

I've been a patient of doctor nova for over two years yes they never answer the phone or return the phone calls in the answer machine they say if you need a refill have the pharmacy send the request and it will be filed in 48hrs now it’s been over 3weeks no refill yet or phone call I’ve in the emergency room ones and still nothing from doctor Movva I had to get insulin from Canada so I can stay a life
