This was the state of my toe!! Absolutely unprofessional technician worked on my pedicure. For some reason, the lady found my hurt funny. I asked her to be gentle and she her exact words were "how will I do, if you in pain". And I'm not mocking her inability to speak English fluently, but for her to somehow pass the blame on to me for for not being able to understand what worked for me, is unacceptable.
