My experience with Dr. Sundaresan was excellent. His pre-op explanation of what was going to be done and post op expectations were delivered in easy to understand lay man's terms. Answered any and all questions. What was very impressive to me was his manner of communication -- conversational, thorough ... alleviated some of my stress over concerns I had.
I am in pain and I had to research the name and phone number of this surgeon because it was not on my discharge papers. No post operative call or appointment from your office. I was given 5 pills for pain while I sit here hurting and suffering. You dont answer the “ emergency after hours phone” I will not go to the emergency room with incisions in my stomach and be exposed to everything else.
