Had an appointment for 8.30 doctor didn’t arrive until after 9 then sat in his office for another 10 minutes, also was very rude once my partner left the room he was talking bad about her, on return following week appointment booked for 11:45 over a 1 hour wait. please do not waste your time coming poor service and time management
Booked for a 9.30am appointment showed up at 9.30am and they were closed with a note on the door saying short staffed open at till 11am absolutely ridiculous when i came back at 11am I was told it was my fault i didn’t call and check and I will have to wait but they can’t tell me how long I am disappointed every time I come here this will be the last
Second time this has happened, I called asking if they were doing walk ins today and they said yes, arrive at the medical centre and they say no. 😡 They said the dr reached her walk in limit well they should actually mention on the phone and website that there is a limit.
