They fixed up insurance rectification work that another larger place did poorly and honestly the whole process was stress-free from start to finish unlike the first repairer it went to. Appalling service. Completely "missed" the fact that the rear of the car was damaged when doing a quote (mind you it was a rear end crash...) Then, they let someone tow the car off to a salvage yard without checking who they are or contacting the owner of the vehicle, a week before having told us it was in the system and knew we'd be organising to pick it up ourselves, even telling us to give a days notice.
