We are absolutely thrilled with our new Symphony 6 pool from Narellan Pools Townsville! From the very beginning, Graham made the process easy with a quick quotation and clear timeframe, which gave us confidence straight away. Once things kicked off, Jimmy and his team on site were excellent – professional, friendly, and always making sure everything ran smoothly. The contractors were outstanding, and the job was completed on time with great attention to detail. The end result looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier.
From start to finish 10/10! Graham and the team could not be faulted. Quality tradesmen and fantastic sales team. Jimmy, the foreman was a very frequent communicator. Never was there a need for me to touch base throughout the construction process. I was constantly keep informed of the works being conducted. Should we ever build again, I would look no further than Townsville Narellen for our next installation. If your chasing peace if mind, and a quality product, I highly recommend giving the team a call.
Graham and his team of contractors were fantastic to deal with from the initial enquiry all the way through the build. Great communication and updates provided. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fibreglass pool.
Narellan Townsville has been amazing to deal with. From the first discussion with Graham up to handover, I cannot fault them at all. Graham has been very responsive with all our queries since day one he kept us up to date with our commencement date and Jimmy was very consistent in providing us with updates throughout the building process and whatever delays we encountered has been communicated to us really well.
