Unfortunately Narellan didnt have exactly what we were after in a pool so we have had to go with someone else. However, the customer service received by Kellie was outstanding. Super fast in responding, gave me several different options and helped with all requested information.
Kellie was incredibly knowledgeable about pools and all the requirements involved. She was very approachable, professional, and provided excellent service and advice throughout the process. Highly recommend Kellie for her expertise!
My husband and I met Kellie to discuss the prospect of a pool. I only had one requirement and that was to have one that was longer than our last one. Unfortunately due to the drainage issues we couldn’t get one. Kellie was so kind and helpful and we truly appreciate everything she did. I would highly recommend Narrellan pools for their outstanding products and customer service. Thanks for everything you did for us Kellie. Liz and Ross
Kellie, Tereena and everyone from Narellan pools Central Coast made the purchase, installation and handover of our new pool a wonderful experience. Highly recommend them
Extremely happy with the after sales service by the team at Narellan. They are extremely quick in responding and very helpful in providing information. Kellie in sales in particular gets a shout out due to her friendly personality, knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend Narellan to any potential pool buyers.
