The after-sales service has been atrocious. Despite multiple issues, we have been unable to obtain even a basic return phone call. We have tried reaching out to provide feedback directly. Commitments made prior to sale have not been met, and the gap between promises and delivery has been significant. Would not recommend! We have had so many problems and no help to resolve them. If I could leave negative stars I would.
Just had our hand over for our pool . Our overall experience with Narellan pools Adelaide was a good experience . This was a very large investment for us , so I did kind of start on the back foot and had my guard up abit, but it didn't take long for me to put my trust in the team . Very competitive and the end result is amazing. More importantly a great team of people to deal with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality pool.

We’ve had the team at Narellen install our new pool . We are currently at the final stages of coping and handover . I highly recommend these guys , they have been nothing short of amazing . Contactable , professional , honest , work at a high standard and have shown respect for my property and my neighbours property that we had to use to gain access for install .
