We have had our Narellan Pool with large heater for over 4 years now. If I knew what I know now, would not use them. Take your money and do not follow up warranties. The floor of our pool is like a roller coaster. And they will not do anything
The after-sales service has been atrocious. Despite multiple issues, we have been unable to obtain even a basic return phone call. We have tried reaching out to provide feedback directly. Commitments made prior to sale have not been met, and the gap between promises and delivery has been significant. Would not recommend! We have had so many problems and no help to resolve them. If I could leave negative stars I would.
Just had our hand over for our pool . Our overall experience with Narellan pools Adelaide was a good experience . This was a very large investment for us , so I did kind of start on the back foot and had my guard up abit, but it didn't take long for me to put my trust in the team . Very competitive and the end result is amazing. More importantly a great team of people to deal with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality pool.
Just had handover and could not be happier with the result, great communication throughout the process and we got exactly the pool we wanted. 100% recommend Narellan Pools!!
