After being stuffed around by another pool company on the coast, Craig from Narellen came to our rescue! After being told by the other company that we will never get a fibreglass pool in our yard and kept our deposit, we were quite hesitant. The whole process with Narellen was more than 5 stars and we couldn’t be happier with our pool. Thankyou so much to the whole team. We recommend everyone we speak too.
Andrew was extremely polite, resourceful and honest throughout the entire process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fibreglass pool.
The team at Narellan have been fantastic. We started building back in February, so got quotes early in the process and they were happy to wait. When our builder was ready, they quick stepped in and had our pool completed in a timely manager and to exceptional standard. The communication has been quick and the handover process was easy. We have been using the pool now the last few weeks and are happy with our decision to build with Narellan.
Sent email after email to customer care regarding the sloping of our 7 year old pool ( see photos) they while their hands and go through insurance.
We chose Narellan Pools for our Eden 3.5 pool and the journey has been fantastic from start to finish. We are absolutely thrilled with our Eden pool and are glad we chose Narellan Pools, it was a great choice. The Eden 3.5 has four steps on each side to walk into the pool and has a long bar you can sit on to enjoy a beverage together.
