Used Narellan sunshine coast 12 months ago to build our pool, were still cursing there name for there short cuts amd LAZY handywork, I would usually say trademanship but that unfortunately labour hire would have a greater skillset. Credit where credit is due, there salesman was straight doen the line amd great to deal with but it was a shame the rest of the process was so horrible and are still wearing the aftermath of there laziness. Buyer beware, do your research and definately read there fine print if you do use them.

Narellan Pools were fantastic to deal with. Andrew Stewart, from the get-go, was a great "go to", knowledgeable, assisting and more than helpful when required. We were "kept in the loop" the whole way through and Ben the Site Manager was excellent, keeping us informed and answering concerns when needed. A great experience with professional people and a pool that we are delighted with.
Terrible communication and terrible service
We recently had a pool installed by Narellan Pools which completely exceeded our expectations. They carried out the works so efficiently. We were swimming a week after they started which was amazing. We were pretty painful in the planning stage but Andrew was incredibly patient and had solutions for all our questions. Ben our site supervisor was great, providing updates as we went.
