Disgusting service from the receptionist. Came in with my client who has a disability to ask for a toilet as we were waiting for the bus (Travel training) she instructed us to go out into the mall (despite having a toilet inside the facility). We ended up missing our bus and had to wait 1 hour for the next! Lovely local medical practice that really serves its community well.
Tell the small asian receptionist to lighten her mood and learn to greet people properly! How rude of her to say “what do you want” before I could even get a word out to her. Not to mention when I wanted to book for contraceptives she booked me in with the only Dr who didn’t do them! Took me an hour and a half to get to the medical centre in 40 degree heat just to be told that he doesn’t do contraceptives. It doesn’t hurt to be nice to people especially as a receptionist. Doctors, nurse and receptionists are great!
Dr. Howard and Dr. Alice are two of the most competent doctors in the area, I have been to 80% of the clinics from Campbelltown to Gregory Hills trying to find a doctor that would listen, and these two truely listened. Dr. Howard helped find my diagnosis. They both have given me such great medical advice and treatment that has improved my quality of life. I will always recommend this practice, even the nurses in Pathology do a great job!
