The doctors at this practice are excellent, but unfortunately the reception service lets them down. I had a receptionist hang up on me and tell me to email the doctor myself to request a phone consultation. I couldn’t understand why he couldn’t simply pass on a message to the doctor, which is a basic part of a receptionist’s role. It felt like he just didn’t want to help. Amazing doctors with exceptional service. Specially Dr.Baddam is the best gp anyone can have. Very humble and best. Very kind and helpful receptionist.
Dr Sadiq is beyond amazing! I found him one day needing an emergency appointment with an available dr and walked out feeling heard and valued. When my mental health went down hill I booked another appointment with him where I he straight away gave me my diagnosis. He sent me for bloods and assured me, he put me on medication where it didn’t work. I told him as soon as I could when he didn’t give up on me. Reception is terrible. We called in so many times, and the male receptionist would always say "Hello" then hang up. He would not inform the doctor that we needed to see them and that we had an appointment online. Would give no stars if possible.
