Last January I contacted this clinic on the recommendation of a coworker who is a senior like me though he is a few years older. Since then I have repeatedly made appointments and arrived at the clinic to find out I didn't have an appointment. Each time a different reason. Also several times they made appointments for me but never bothered to tell me until I missed said appointment.
