Amazing 👏 I've eaten at all the pho places in KC and many other states. This is far and away the best in Kansas City. It ranks in my top 3 ever! Super tender beef. None of that paper thin meat that's tough as a shoe. You can taste all of the traditional seasonings. Rich and flavorful. I also got an order of the steamed gyoza, I like to dunk it in my pho. Delicious. Don't sleep on this place.
