Absolutely HORRIBLE. No compassion, no care, no kindness whatsoever. All about money. "Pretend Born Again Christians." Two-faced all the way. If you have money they love you, if you are on a budget they talk down to you and treat you like dirt. They won't care about their negative reviews either because you see, the younger ones have their dirty hands in other business as well. They flaunt their money and social status everywhere. Wish I could give ZERO stars! I am actually distantly related to the Nardolillo's (My paternal great grandmother was a Nardolillo before she married my paternal grandfather) and even people within our own family comment on how the way the business is run today is absolutely NOTHING like it was once run by our family who originally started the funeral home.
