I purchased a day pass to Nardfit a month ago. I was visiting from out of town and the hotel I stayed at did not have a gym. The code provided by Nardfit to enter the gym did not work. When I learned the code for entry did not work I called and emailed Nardfit and no one answered, retuned my call, or message. I have called and emailed requesting a refund and have received no response. I would NOT use this gym in the future or recommend it to anyone. There is no customer support and the business is poorly run.
