I went for lunch today around 11:45 and was really disappointed with the customer service. No one was at the counter while I waited, so I started looking for chips. When I finally looked up, the new employee seemed frustrated that I hadn’t noticed she was there, but she never said anything to let me know. When she did approach, she didn’t greet me or ask what I wanted, which made the interaction awkward. Today I ordered a 1/2 chicken cutlet grinder w/cranberry mayo and hot peppers added to the sandwich. First there's a delay and then all I got for my sandwich was the extras and none of the veggies that were included??? Just cranberry mayo and banana peppers (which I didn't even ask for?) The sandwich was also very dry and very hard, very disappointed that I spent 14 dollars for a half grinder that's not even complete.
This location has the absolute worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very poor management. I went to this location at 8:37 pm they close at 9pm I was glad to see they were open. I ordered the Diablo chicken grinder. I got home just to find that not only was my grinder still ice cold but it was excessively smothered with the hot Diablo sauce. I’m originally from NY and this is like the neighborhood Italian Deli. The sandwiches are incredible as well as the salads. My daughter had a Spring salad with fresh mozzarella and tomato at one location. I went to another location the next time and didn’t see it and asked, they said they stopped making them there but said they’d make it if I wanted and I did. Such nice people and awesome food.
