Do not stop to get a bite!!!!
Not surprised at all that this place closed the doors after being open for a short period of time. Their food was overpriced and lousy and the service was lousy too. In no way did this measure up to the other Nardelli's I have frequented over the years. Good riddance.
Well it's no surprise that this location is closed down now I'm still wondering if it was actually ever a Nardelli's at all it was definitely an anomaly if you've been to the other locations the food was horrible the service was horrible pretty much everything about this place was horrible I can't imagine opening up a new what is supposed to be Flagship location for the area and not sending a decent management team to get things running underway smoothly. I've tried a few things from this location and they've all been delicious. My two favorites are the eggplant parm and the pastrami melt. Both were large and full of fillings. The value is there for the price. The tortellini salad is also very good. The staff is friendly and answered any questions I had. Store was very clean as were the dine in areas.
Terrible experience. My kids ordered children's meals and when we went out to the car there was no cookies and we realized we didn't get drinks. My husband went in and the person waiting on us said, we don't have kids meals. We were charged 6.50 for Mac and cheese , it was very small. There is a big sign that says kids meals right in front of us. We tried to reason with the employee and he would not budge with his stance.
