I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Michael Willis, who was my anaesthetist today at Brisbane Day Surgery. I have had many surgeries over the years and have honestly never met an anaesthetist with such a wonderful bedside manner. I was extremely anxious before my procedure, and Dr Willis immediately put me at ease. I would like to sincerely thank Dr Matthew for his kindness, care and reassurance on the day of my C-section. I was very nervous and scared, but his calm and caring manner helped reduce my fear and made me feel so much more comfortable. I’m truly grateful that he was my anaesthetist for my delivery. Thank you Dr Len Cox and his student for the incredible care they provided during my surgery. I was extremely anxious in pre-op, and the compassion, kindness and reassurance they showed me made such a difference. I am so incredibly grateful for the way they cared for me, and I truly believe they deserve the highest praise. If I ever need surgery again, I would only hope to receive care from them, or care of the same standard. I couldn’t be more appreciative of everything they did for me. Thank you so much.
I had Dr Joseph Bauer and Dr Andrew Russell on separate occasions. Both were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Good recovery post procedure.
