We had a wonderful experience with this veterinary clinic from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Everyone treated us and our dog with kindness, and we always felt that she was in good hands. I would especially like to thank Dr. Canyon Huff. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. They are very heartless and only care about money. We brought a little kitten in we found and it was flopping around and lethargic at the same time. My son thought it was dehydrated, so he brought it in. They told us it probably wouldn't survive because it sounded like he got into rat poisoning. The part that I didn't like is, we were made to pay a bill that was not our cat but we were just trying to get it some help. We were forced to pay for it to be put down. My dog is a registered patient at this clinic. I arrived around 4:40 p.m. (they close at 6:00 p.m.), and there only appeared to be one dog ahead of us. I came without an appointment because my almost 14-year-old dog had what appeared to be a melanoma on his face that was bleeding whenever it was touched. He was also experiencing diarrhea, and unfortunately had an accident in the front office when we arrived.
