It was my first time coming to Tax stop. The Husband was very nice but not completely trained. He started my taxes, then left them for his wife to finish. After a month no one had done my taxes. After going back to check on the status of my taxes. The wife told me if I didn't like the service I could go somewhere else. But they had already started them.
