We loved our stay at Naramata Inn - the service was top notch. The staff truly do care about your stay and made sure we had everything we needed; they helped to recommend activities, pointing out things to do in town, and even brought us some fresh water when they noticed us reading outside on the patio during a particularly hot day! The Naramata Inn provided the best customer service we experienced during our entire trip through Canada. When our plans unexpectedly changed, the team handled the situation with extraordinary kindness, flexibility, and professionalism. Old-world charm, done right. Gorgeous grounds, a building full of history, and a location that’s hard to beat. Staff were warm and genuinely lovely — dinner on the huge porch was the trip highlight, hands down. Rooms could use a little pizazz to match the rest of the property, but that’s a minor quibble against such a stunning whole picture. Would happily go back.
Absolutely beautiful and historic inn located in the Naramata village. Randall took amazing care of us; passionate and knowledgeable about the inn, village, and all surrounding areas. He also forced us to take the fresh made coffee and baked goods when we attempted to checkout early in the morning. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay near the Naramata Bench.
We went for lunch and their menu is very unique. Food was great. Wonderful gardens and Restaurant.
