RecommendedGreat place to work and be a patient!
There are maybe 2 er doctors and 1 er nurse that are wonderful and don’t make you feel like a burden. Most of the staff there are rude and need to learn how to treat people with depression and anxiety. Most of them make you feel worse than what you did when you went in!!!! Hopefully one day they will get a better staff! On a better note, I’ve never had a problem with Kirby quick care!! They have always done pretty well in my opinion!

Rudest staff and hospital . Dr. Mondon is rude and an Suboxone pusher. He is no doctor he and his staff are rude and inconsiderate for self payee's.

RecommendedMy boyfriend (REB) had a endoscopy and colonoscopy today and we couldn’t ask for nicer staff, great customer service by all, the RN explained everything well, made to feel welcome and at home, Abby in registration was nice as ever and gave me helpful info, my boyfriend was even assisted into my car by the parking lot chauffeur and a Nurse. I used my boyfriends initials so hopefully the staff can be recognized.
RecommendedI followed my former Nurse Practitioner to Kirby in Cerro Gordo to continue my care. I was very impressed with everyone I met. Very friendly and helpful on the phone when I called to schedule my appointment. Excellent care at office for my appointment . Thanks Kirby ❤️
