Front Desk Woman was extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending and turned me away on a simple job of removing a radiator and sending next door to Naracoorte Radiators to be reconditioned. Refused to even give me a quote. After telling me it would have to be in a month I said I could do this but then she outright refused to help me or book me in. Was a really uncomfortable call, the front desk should never treat customers this way. Its interactions like this that give mechanics a bad rep.
