I own a workshop in Adelaide and we had a clients truck have an emergency break down in Naracoorte due to a failed part that we had fitted and was under warranty. The staff at NT&BS were fantastic to deal with. They attended to the matter urgently and made the situation stress-free on my end. They arranged the tow back to their workshop, they sourced the part, communicated with our client and their driver, carried out a quality repair and were priced very reasonably. Front Desk Woman was extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending and turned me away on a simple job of removing a radiator and sending next door to Naracoorte Radiators to be reconditioned. Refused to even give me a quote. After telling me it would have to be in a month I said I could do this but then she outright refused to help me or book me in. Was a really uncomfortable call, the front desk should never treat customers this way. Its interactions like this that give mechanics a bad rep.
Not very often does my husband rave about a business but he couldn't have been more impressed! He rang with what he thought he needed done on our truck and Pete talked him through what he believed was the issue and guided him from there. Even though he couldn't physically fit us in until after the new year he was prepared to help out any way he could. Magic service and lovely people
