Im sorry but i dont recomend dealing with these guys when it comes to an online order. There is 1 perticular employee of theres that has come up with excuss after excuse as to why i have not recieved my Breville Thermal Frying pan that I ordered in September 2025 i have contacted them three times about it and have got nothing but excuses from this employee here it is January 2026 AND IM STILL WAITING. Great service from all Staff. Continued updates on our items we had on order and when both arrived safely they Text us, which was good as we are 120 klms away at the moment. We could have paid for items and they offered to have delivered to us, but we wanted to go instore and pick up items and thank in person.
