NARA Wellness Center has been the best thing that has happen to me. Since going there for the first time in 2022. My A1C has went from 12.4 to 8.4, I have lost 30 lbs., I have energy for the first time in 5 years at the age of 64. I left Kaiser and is paying a more expensive insurance to have NARA. Dr. Gorham is the best thing since slice bread. They encouraged me so much it made me become a participating member of my health. Thank You NARA Staff and Team. Juanita
