Horrible,dangerous,
They should have their license pulled, they give minors anyone under 21 recreational tobacco to smoke as a reward as well as smokeless tobacco. They claimed that it was allowed because they are on sacred land what a joke. Commercial tobacco is not sacred by any means and I'm pretty sure it's a crime to contribute to the delinquency of a minor on a state level.
