I don’t normally love to put 5 stars but we had such a great experience here. The other local place uses powder for the broth and this place uses homemade bone broth. All 5 of us loved the food, which was various ramens, the edamame and the pan fried gyoza. The service was excellent, and kid friendly! which was nice for us having a toddler. We are out of towners but I will always make sure to stop back here when I can. Honestly, the entire experience from service to food was amazing.

For dinner, I got the Curry Chicken Ramen loaded with crispy chicken karaage, sweet corn, bamboo shoots, and scallions in that deep, aromatic curry broth. Absolute 10/10 experience. Comfortable vibe, attentive but relaxed staff (a true luxury), good prices, and seriously the food is excellent. The spice and richness of the ramen is balanced and spot on. Don’t hesitate, this is the spot you should go to.
I was in town to help support my Father during a hospital stay. I was in the mood for some good Asian comfort and wasn't sure what I would be able to find in Bismarck- this place delivered. I still can't believe they had sesame balls on the menu - so good!!! The ramen noodles were exactly what my heart needed and the edamame was perfectly salted...IYKYK.
