Tried to R/S my son's appt at 49 hrs prior, to be told that they cancelled it bc they didn't hear from me. So then I said well let me just keep the same appt. They then said I couldn't have his original appt bc they already filled it with another patient. She goes on to tell me I am going to be charged the $35 fee. We have found the front office staff to be very difficult - particularly as it pertains to coordination during the pandemic. Very unfriendly - had to leave because of it.
