Tried to R/S my son's appt at 49 hrs prior, to be told that they cancelled it bc they didn't hear from me. So then I said well let me just keep the same appt. They then said I couldn't have his original appt bc they already filled it with another patient. She goes on to tell me I am going to be charged the $35 fee. We have found the front office staff to be very difficult - particularly as it pertains to coordination during the pandemic. Very unfriendly - had to leave because of it.
Took my son to Dr. Tyson Bross w/Dr. Collins N Assoc., BEST DENTIST EVER. Professional, Personable. He caught problems another dentist failed to catch, gave great advice, my son's oral health has improved greatly because of Dr. Bross, he's one of those dentists that LOVES what he does, and he's great at it. Great results. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Bross. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bross at Collins N Assoc. The office is professional and helpful.
