Came upon recommendation of a neighbor after a disappointing experience with another vendor. So, not having had a manicure for decades, I made my deep dive into a tradition held dearly by others as absolutely essential for self care! Lovely, clean, professional, not chatty, not too aggressive with healthy cuticles or nail surfaces, and attentive! I went to get my nails done today for my wedding and had a terrible experience. I made an appointment with a specific nail tech and upon arrival I was ignored and then told I was getting someone else. As I was getting my nails done the nail techs were singing the wedding song and laughing. It became even more uncomfortable when the owner turned to me and said we are not making fun of you. I have felt uncomfortable before going to this salon in the past and will definitely not return nor will I recommend them to my coworkers ... read more
