I have had a few facials and massage here. They have talented people. However, their customer service is lacking. Difficulty reaching anyone on the phone and, when you leave a message, good luck getting a call back. I would like to schedule but no one will call me back. And I have waited a full 24 hours.
The service is so good and their prices are reasonable. I see Ana for my facials and she does an awesome job.
Ive had plenty of massages, literally the worst ever. Wouldn't even call it a massage, the guy just kept wiping lotion on me, not even rubbing the lotion. He spent as much time walking away to get the lotion over & over as he did wiping the lotion on me. Bad vibes from the time you walk in, couch is filthy, they hand you a disgusting reused laminated sheet covered in old ink to collect your info.
