Lorenzo is personable and knowledgeable, which make him easy to work with. He took the time to answer my questions and I can trust that he is looking out for my best interests. My family and I highly recommend Lorenzo and would not hesitate to work with him again.
He does not return calls or emails. I have read other reviews and think they must be about someone else as the opposite of my experiences as his client. He becomes very defensive when asked relevant questions, does not communicate effectively and doesn't seem to put forth effort to achieve what client needs. I know many lawyers in the area and Lorenzo Napolitano is someone that is universally respected in the Rochester law community. He is a tireless fighter for the rights of his clients and represents a track record that few others can match.
I've used Lorenzo for a speeding ticket i received. I still got the points, still paid the fine in addition to the lawyer fee. I felt like he didn't put the effort to help me reduce the speeding ticket and I ended up paying more considering the lawyer fee. It was definitely not worth it for me.
