Real Estate Termite was the company used by the sellers agent of a house I bought. Although they signed off that they did the all the termite repair work, they really missed a lot and the work they did was very poor. For example, a wooden door and jam that was damaged by water and rot was just nailed with a board! When the house closed, I hired another termite company for another opinion and presented this report to Real Estate Termite and made an appointment to meet them at the house.
