Napolis recently made a quartz countertop for my bathroom vanity. They were professional, on time and when they delivered the final product it was a "white glove" service. I was extremely pleased and would use them again.
My wife and myself go into this establishment on Monday just looking for a round 30 inch piece of remnant marble in order one for $142 off of Amazon figured I would give it to a local business then giant company go in wife picks out what she wants out of a remnant. There was nothing just sitting there and he tells me that it's gonna be $150 and he'll call me in a couple of days great wonderful well I was gonna give him 200 just because he was a nice guy. Napolis Marble It is all good when they are selling their product and service. Once that is done there is zero communication or respect of your time and schedule. They either do not answer their phone or their voicemail is full. They do not return phone calls in a timely matter and when they do return your call and make an appointment, they do not show up on time or they do not show up at all...then we are back to the loop of no communication.
