Had delivery so don't really know what the atmosphere is inside. But the subs were hot and stuffed full and really good
We had a meat lovers pizza and wings. The food was great. Napoli's is more of a take out restaurant than a dine in. The service was good but not like a regular restaurant. The atmosphere was loud because Napoli's was busy fulfilling take out and delivery orders.
I ordered a build-your-own pizza, and nowhere on the menu does it say that white pizza isn’t an option. I also wasn’t told when I placed the order over the phone that red sauce was the only choice. Unfortunately, because of the poor communication, the rest of my family was able to eat while I was left without a meal. What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled.
