Hard to believe a pizza place didn't have coke cans or 2 liters in stock. But in the future if you're out of something, it's standard to call with options for replacement or refund. Not just assume what they want and make them pay for it.

Don’t waste your money!! Ordered a large supreme pizza and ch steak with double meat with hot peppers on the side. Deliver over 45minutes late.. not even a single meat on the ch steak..no hot peppers on the side.. pizza way soggy!! All for $50!! Called the store. Whoever answered the phone did not care!!

My wholesome little pizza story: I grew up on 13th Ave S., a couple blocks from the original Napoli On The Bay. It was a staple, obviously. When Wilma hit, the neighborhood flooded and we were without electricity for about 2 weeks. I was 19 years old at the time. Napoli On The Bay was the first place that opened for food in the surrounding area. 20 years later, and the recipe tastes exactly the same. With so much of my hometown being developed over, it’s so nice that a slice of home is still here. (Pun intended!)

Toni the manager helped me make sure the 15 pizzas I ordered would be ready for the world cup soccer party at an apartment we were helping sponsor! The worker present helped me get the pizzas in the trunk and everything felt seamless due to the great hospitality. The residents and leasing agents were happy with the turn out. Residents complimented the pizza and if it weren’t for the leasing agent’s suggestion we never would have tried Napolis!
