Sadly, this is a very dirty trailer park.
Over ran with disease ridden cats. Shady management that will not fix things needing repairs. Black mold in homes.
Management isn’t even the real manager, her husband is and he never comes to the park. The manager refuses to let tenants know who their landlord is. Which is illegal. Manager refuses to clean up mold professionally and when asked if they could fix the problem I was told to move out. They have felons in the neighborhood and the manager doesn’t make her nephew A FELON pay rent. They only covered my mold with paint instead of cleaning.
