We had an early dinner at Napoletana on Saturday afternoon. It was a great choice. Our server, Rowen, was exceptionally attentive and engaging. The food was great and the cocktail that Max made was delicious. The whole experience was definitely worth the trip.

I never leave food reviews, but honestly our overall experience was very disappointing. We didn't get our drinks for almost 30 mins, and then they brought out our appetizers when we got our meals. There was 4 of us and they only brought 3 of our entrees out and apparently forgot about the 4th persons meal and it didn't come out until all of us finished our meals and our plates were stacked ready for the check. If you order pizza after a few beers and wind up throwing half of it away you know there are problems. This is not good pizza. They have good crust but something is deeply wrong with the cheese. It’s thick but not springy like mozzarella, it just feels and tastes wrong. Service was slow as others have said

I want to share some honest feedback about our visit, because it was a genuinely disappointing experience from start to finish. After ordering we waited 30 minutes before anyone came over — I eventually had to track down the manager myself, who then went to make the pizza herself. The restaurant was not busy; it was empty. Meanwhile, staff were repeatedly on their phones rather than attending to tables. When our first pizza did arrive, it was meant to be a plain margherita but came out with prosciutto on it.
